Without use the rear brake, after 16 miles running, the rear wheel lock and os necessary relieve the pressure of the sistem to let it free assim.
I replace the brake pads, pistons and repair kit of the calypers , brake hose and repair kit brake cilynder

Most likely the relief port is blocked and causing a pressure buildup from normal heat generated by the pads. You need to revisit your rebuild with attention to the relief port.
